Who is Mosaïq for?

This platform is designed for grantees of the Citi Foundation's Global Innovation Challenge.

How do I create an account on Mosaiq?

To sign up, click the 'Sign Up' button located on the top right menu bar on the Mosaïq home page. When prompted, register using the email associated with your Global Innovation Challenge grant-winning organization. Please note that personal e-mails cannot be registered.

What kind of resources can I find on Mosaiq?

Our resource library includes tools, courses, articles, and case studies designed to support your innovation journey at every stage. Recordings of any live events and webinars that Mosaïq hosts will be accessible in the resource library shortly after they've aired too.

Can I connect with peers on the platform?

Explore the 'Innovators' section to find other grantee organizations and Mosaïq profile links for individuals who work with those organizations. Most Mosaïq profiles include a link to their LinkedIn profile where you can then message directly.

You can also find peers by joining the the Mosaïq LinkedIn group here, and participating in the discussion threads.

Account Management

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

Click on 'Forgot Password' at the login page and follow the steps to create a new one.

How can I update my profile information?

To update your profile, first check that you are logged in and then go to 'Your Account' via the button on the top menu bar. From there you can modify your bio and photo to keep your community profile current.
