Project AID (Agricultural Innovation Development) in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental, Philippines, implements an agricultural value chain, business incubation, and entrepreneurship skills training program for vulnerable farming households. The project includes the Agripreneur Program and Smart Farming Technology Program to enhance agricultural skills.
New to this initiative is the Smart Farming Technology Program, featuring Agricultural Robotics and Application Development Training. Participants will learn to build agricultural robots and develop mobile apps for online learning and marketing. Smart Greenhouses and Market Pods will improve food security and access. By the end of the project, it aims to improve food security, nutrition, and economic growth for 5,000 individuals in Moises Padilla.
