2558 people will improve their housing conditions: with access to a home, services and infrastructure, assisted self-build; improvement of housing and common spaces, with training and participation.
INTEGRAL HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PLAN, already underway in Derqui, Buenos Aires, will be continued and expanded. 358 people from low-income families will experience substantial improvements in their housing situation: 208 of them will gain access to stable housing through the assisted self-build of their homes on their own lots provided on secure land and equipped with water, sewers and electricity networks and 150 will improve the quality of their homes with adequate bathrooms and kitchens. These families, plus 2200 people in neighboring areas, will benefit from the improvements in services and common spaces in their neighborhoods. Adequate urban spaces will be generated through collective self-management and participating families will play a central role in promoting citizen participation.
