La Mezcladora Home is a program that will work on the ideation, prototyping and validation of a mass-market housing model aimed at low-income families in Latin America. In order to achieve a real acquisition of the building and promote the implementation of the project, it will have a holistic approach that adds two additional components: (i) the incorporation of access to housing finance through a fintech solution that provides credit, stimulates savings and promotes financial education; and (ii) partnerships with organizations that promote urban development to implement the project in specific areas of different communities.
