HOME ROOM 2.0 amplifies voices of people who have experienced homelessness and low-incomes with innovative strategies to address systemic barriers at an individual, community, and neighborhood level.
HR 2.0 advances the economic and social mobility of people who have experienced homelessness and low incomes at an individual, community, and neighborhood level. Our approach encompasses:1) Co-Creation with Residents - A cohort of TCB Resident Champions (RCs) will train as housing-based Community Health Workers to leverage trust among vulnerable residents.2) Bolstering Economic Agility – Barrier removal for housing stability and economic opportunity across the housing continuum through CL’s wealth building service package, including rent reporting for credit building, escrow savings and financial coaching.3) Neighborhood Transformation- TCB's robust pipeline of neighborhood amenities and permanent supportive housing (PSH) will positively impact those most vulnerable to homelessness.
