Project Summary

Program aims to provide sustainable housing solutions for vulnerable Ukrainian refugees, leveraging Romodrom’s past successful housing models to reduce homelessness and enhance social cohesion.

The proposed project seeks to address the pressing need for secure and sustainable standard housing among vulnerable Ukrainian refugee communities (including Roma minority), residing in the Czech Republic. The main objective is to assist low-income vulnerable refugee households currently experiencing homelessness or living in inadequate conditions, especially those in communal accommodation facilities located in socially excluded areas. By leveraging Romodrom’s successful housing models, it aims to provide comprehensive support throughout the whole pre and post housing transition process. Objectives include reducing homelessness risk, increasing housing sustainability, promoting social cohesion, and strengthening coordination among local stakeholders.
