Miami Homes For All (MHFA) and the United Way Miami (UWM) will partner to help homeless youth find housing and stably remain in their homes. Youth and families exiting homelessness will be placed in housing and receive wrap-around financial and support services. We will do this by (1) identifying affordable housing units throughout the County and creating an affordable housing database, (2) connecting households to available, affordable housing units through a housing navigation program, (3) providing care coordination referrals for these households to services such as education, employment, permanent connections, financial capability services, and health or wellbeing services, and (4) providing financial education and coaching services to households so they stay housed.
