Human Initiative will develop an integrated program for 220 refugees in Indonesia by providing access to housing with basic facilities and course allowances to facilitate integration and employability in the third country. Focused on financial literacy and in-demand skills like web development, data science, and agriculture, the program aligns with talent needs in countries such as Australia and United Kingdom. In partnership with Talent Beyond Boundaries, it prepares refugees for the Talent Catalog, enhancing the job catalog and improving job opportunities. Allowances are distributed via Cash Voucher Assistance, ensuring accountability, empowering the local economy in the site area, and dignifying refugees as they are given the freedom to choose the shelter they need.
