Project RISE Communities is a comprehensive initiative addressing homelessness in Arakan, North Cotabato. Through safe and secure housing, community engagement, health and wellness programs, literacy enhancement, livelihood training, and a path to homeownership, the program aims to empower families, restore dignity, and break the cycle of poverty.
