In Brazil, over 30 million families lack proper housing, leading to social exclusion and limiting access to economic opportunities. The +Lapena Habitar Zero Income project aims to change this by offering zero-income families in Brazilian slums a transformative journey. This includes a range of progressive solutions, from emergency housing to income-generation plans and permanent homes, all while fostering a supportive community and public system. This approach empowers families with continuous support, enabling them to confidently take charge of maintaining and enhancing their new homes. Furthermore the project introduces an innovative and comprehensive model for housing assistance, especially during the process of relocating families as part of the government's slum urbanization program.
