This project aims to support women with disabilities, including girls with disabilities aged 18 and above, and parents of children with special needs in Kazakhstan, addressing homelessness risks through cross-sector partnerships and social protection strategies. Utilizing a data-driven approach, in collaboration with CSOs dedicated to addressing homelessness holistically, the action aims to provide individual support to each target groups, such as technical training to expand employment opportunities, access to legal, financial, and mental health services, as well as digital literacy training to address their challenges through existing government and civic technologies. It involves partnering with the government for policy reforms to enhance secure housing access for the disabled.
